4. Client Responsibilities

5. Payments

Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise specified.DreamClock retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise. Third-party assets, fonts, stock images, plugins, and software remain subject to their respective licenses.
8. Website Development
For website projects:
● The client must provide all required content, images, and branding materials.
● DreamClock is not responsible for delays caused by missing content or approvals.
● Website maintenance beyond the agreed period may require a separate maintenance plan.
9. Digital Marketing
While we apply industry best practices, DreamClock cannot guarantee:
● Search engine rankings
● Lead generation numbers
● Sales growth
● Advertising performance
● Social media engagement
Marketing results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
10. Subscription Plans
For monthly service plans:
● Services are provided within the agreed monthly scope.
● Unused requests or deliverables do not automatically roll over unless stated in the plan.
● Subscription plans renew based on the agreed billing cycle.
● Either party may cancel according to the agreed notice period.
11. Confidentiality
Any confidential business information shared during the project will be treated with care and will not be disclosed to third parties without permission unless required by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
